We're delighted to introduce you to a program that provides regular-day and after-school support for elementary and middle schools. Our R.E.C.E.S.S. (Reaching Every Child Encouraging Student Success) Mentor program aims to assist students who have been identified as requiring Tier 2 and 3 behavioral interventions. Our dedicated coaches are strategically positioned during recess periods to bolster school culture and cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with all students. Let's delve deeper into what this program entails and how it can benefit your educational establishment.

What is a
R.E.C.E.S.S. Coach?

A R.E.C.E.S.S. Coach is essential in promoting a positive and conducive learning environment. These coaches specialize in working with dysregulated students using the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. Our trained mentors integrate restorative practices such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, active listening, and physical movement activities to de-escalate disruptive behaviors effectively. The ultimate goal is to reintegrate students into the classroom environment smoothly, equipping them with improved emotional regulation skills.

To ensure that every child receives the support they need, our R.E.C.E.S.S. Mentor program offers several notable features:

R.E.C.E.S.S. Coach
Every school participating in our program will benefit from the assignment of a professional R.E.C.E.S.S. Coach. These dedicated individuals are expertly trained to address and manage student behaviors that may impede academic progress. By applying classroom behavior management strategies, the coaches are able to provide focused, individualized attention to students who require additional behavioral support.

Graduation System
We believe in celebrating progress and encouraging continuous improvement. Our graduation system allows students to track their own development, fostering a sense of accomplishment and self-worth as they advance through various stages of behavioral mastery.

Student Recognition & Incentives
Acknowledging student achievements is a pivotal element of our program. Regular recognition and a well-structured incentive system are in place to reward students for improving their behavior, motivating them to maintain and extend their positive behaviors.
